Meaning, there are no answers at our present "Level of Consciousness" regardless of Intelligence. Levels of "Intelligence" are fairly well understood by our "scientific community", and so are the "established" developmental stages of "Consciousness". But while higher levels for intelligence than are being observed today are not ruled out, higher levels of consciousness are denied. This is because a scientific-observer cannot recognize and comprehend a level higher than his or her own. As Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "What we are, that only can we see." (It's a case of the color-blind trying to understand color.) Intelligence is a measure of "complexity" and speed of thought, while consciousness deals with method or "quality" of thought. Both mind-characteristics are multi-dimensional, but occasionally an "idiot savant" appears; an exceptionally high intelligence in just one single area. This is very rare, but for "isolated capabilities" of higher consciousness it is more common, but likewise pathological, because "An enlightened Idiot remains an Idiot" (paraphrasing Dick Sutphen). Truly effective and harmonious developments, where the preceding fundamental rational-mind-stage is fully developed, are minuscule in numbers. In this millennium, the "rational/ phenomenological" mind-stage is the highest "general" level of mankind, and this is also assumed here for the reader. A strong believer in a conventional religion would not qualify. Exceptions are "Zen" and some teachings of Hinduism, but a fully developed "rational-mind stage" and a Western higher education must complete these. But if you call yourself a "Christian" and ask with great outrage, Who does this guy think he is? - I'll tell you who, I am the Roman Centurion in Matthew 8.5, where Jesus explains it to his disciples at a level they could understand, - not to the Centurion, who would just have laughed and said Thanks but no thanks.

I actually am this "Centurion-type", not the philosopher or scientist, but the "engineer", interested in the "practical" aspects of Consciousness, - how different does one see the World, what can one do with this, etc.. For the philosophical or theoretical concepts, there are books by Ken Wilber and a few others. What would interest the Centurion though is that in wars, including economic wars, with resources being comparable, the side with Governmental and social structures of higher consciousness always wins. Growth in consciousness is "EVOLUTION", and by definition the "survival of the fittest".
