While the Palm-Scopes displays are smaller, they have an equal or better resolution than that of "the other" top-of-the-line Handheld scopes. However, their DSO circuits are designed for much larger screen displays in a high-performance peripheral mode. In this mode, the PDA serves only as high-speed USB link and as a secondary display. It becomes a fully functional peripheral and relinquishes all DSO controls to a PC-Workstation (also running EDA programs) with a high-resolution screen. - Back to Index
